Albert started Synchronized Dynamics in mid-1997. Before starting the company, he was at IBM for 6 years. During his IBM career, he had the opportunity of working on sites that include the 1996 Olympics, Masters, US Open; and the 1997 Australian Open. He was also the technical producer for the Deep Blue vs. Kasparov website (1997 Cool Site of the Year). Albert is a certified AIX/6000 Systems Administrator, OS/2 Engineer, and LAN Server Administrator. He enjoys snow skiing, flying, and is a PADI Certified Rescue Diver.

Martina is responsible for project management and operations at Synchronized Dynamics. She joined Synchronized Dyanamics after gaining broad web exerience as the Director of Web Services for Tumble Interactive Media, a New York-based design firm and being a consultant for Philip Morris, JP Morgan and UBS Paine Webber. Before coming to New York, she was an Information Management consultant in her homeland of Slovakia. Martina enjoys the theatre, photography and sculpturing.
